Intimate Disc Functionality
STEP 1: PINCH YOUR DISC
Wash your hands first. The disc may appear large, but once pinched, it is the same width as a tampon. Before inserting, wash your disc. Make sure you're pinching it in the direction of the insertion notch so that the notch forms a narrow point at one end.
STEP 2: INSERT THE DISC”
Once you pinch the disc, insert it into the vaginal canal
by pushing it into place. It will expand once it is inserted.
STEP 3: INSERT THE DISC
Insert the pinched disc into your vagina and angling it down and backwards. Use your thumb or forefinger to firmly push it as far back as you can. Then, tuck the disc's front rim up behind your pubic bone. Make sure you're pinching it in the direction of the insertion notch so that the notch forms a narrow point at one end.
STEP 4: YOU'RE READY
You are ready for intimacy without the mess!

Intimate Disc pro-tips
Thumb trick.
Place your thumb on the rim of your disc until it's just behind the pubic bone after you've inserted it into the vaginal canal and are unable to keep it pinched. The disc will then be secured by using your index finger to prop the rim up behind the pubic bone.
Try positions
It's important to choose the position that feels most comfortable for you when inserting your disc because each body is unique. Standing with a leg propped up, squatting toward the floor, lying on your side, or even getting into tabletop pose are some options.
