Extra Small is for those younger women, pre-teens, teens or women with extra small cervix.
Small is for those that have a light flow or have not had a vaginal child birth.
Large is for women with a heavy flow and have had vaginal child birth.

Cleaning
Menstrual cups should be emptied and cleaned every 4–12 hours. They can be sterilized by boiling them in water for 10 minutes.
